Teams are the chosen strategy for organizations to manage change and complex organizational task (Salas, Cooke & Rosen, 2008) . Teams are defined as "social entities composed of members with high task interdependence and share a valued common goals (Dyer, 1984, p.541)". Thus, having a team strategy is crucial to team development and evaluation.
